D'une activité qui associe â la prise de décisions , le leadersheap, la collaboration, l'effort et l'émotion à l'originalité du vol aérostatique en pleine nature.

L'activité peut commencer la nuit antérieure à l'hôtel de la concentration, avec un débriefing expliquant la compétition, ainsi qu'une projection d'images sur quelques expéditions organisées par nos soins. (en Amazonie, au Sahara, dans l'Artique,…) cela dans un but de stimulation.
Le jour de l'activité, celle-ci commence par la formation d'équipes de 8 personnes. Chaque équipe disposera de son propre globe aérostatique, d'un véhicule 4/4, de l'aide d'un conducteur ainsi que d'un pilote professionnel. Chaque équipe aura la responsabilité d'organiser les tâches.
Les passagers jouiront d'un vol en ballon mais devront s'impliquer dans toutes les tâches que cela comporte, tout en essayant de surpasser les équipes rivales. Les épreuves à réaliser seront choisies en fonction de la composition du collectif. Le jeu sera dirigé et évalué par le directeur de la compétition.

07:30h Welcome
Client's arrival and welcome, balloon's inflation, short briefing to explain the activity; allocation of the passengers on each balloon.
08:00h Take off
Balloons take off, our 4x4 vehicles that follow the balloons start the route on the road. Flight over the area during approx 1 hour 15 minutes, itinerary depending on winds direction.
9:30h Landing
Crew staff deflate and pick up the balloons (it's a funny task, clients can participate to the inflation and deflation of balloons if they wish), transfer on our 4x4 to the meeting point or a typical restaurant.
10:30h Celebration (optional)
Celebration of the experience with a typical Catalan brunch, delivery of flight certificate and slide show of the images of the day with champagne toast
12:30h End of the activity
Audiovisual material
During all the activity, Our staff will make a photographic report, and during the BREAKFAST it is projected on a large screen. The material will be given to the person in charge of the group as a gift / souvenir of the day so he can share with the Assistants
Alternative activities in case of adverse conditions
In the event that the day of the Flight the weather conditions are adverse to remove the Term from the flight and THIS had to cancel, it is planned to provide an alternative activity Within the SAME timing schedule for the flight without additional cost to study depending on the type of group and of the chosen Flight zone.
